Having produced a string of successful collaborations in the past, Patta and ASICS Tiger now look to the GEL-RESPECTOR silhouette for their next project.
Collectors of ASICS Tiger sneakers will be familiar with Patta, an Amsterdam-based sneaker retailer that has previously worked on silhouettes like the GEL-SAGA and GEL-LYTE III. Inspired by ASICS Tiger’s Japanese roots, Patta now offers its unique take on the reintroduced GEL-RESPECTOR.
Using a vibrant color palette that is derived from anime films, characters and mythological creatures, the upper comes in methyl blue premium suede overlays, with flame orange striping and marine green accents contrasting a grey perforated nubuck base.

3M material beneath the ASICS Tiger formstripes lend the shoe some night-time visibility, and custom pull tabs on the tongue distinguish this collab from the general releases. Embossed logos on the heels, branded sockliners and matching laces in flat and rope options complete the shoe.
The Patta x ASICS Tiger GEL-RESPECTOR, priced at S$289, is set to drop on March 12th at Limited Edt.
