Rihanna to Star in Final Season of “Bates Motel”

Rihanna is set to play the role of Marion Crane in the fifth and final season of Bates Motel.

American TV Series Bates Motel, a prequel to Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho, is coming to an end. The executive producers have enlisted the help of Rihanna to finish the show’s successful run with a bang.

Rihanna is set to play the role of Marion Crane, originally played by Janet Leigh in Psycho. Her casting was revealed last Friday at San Diego Comic Con, during the show’s panel discussion. 

It was revealed during the panel discussion that Rihanna’s casting was planned from the start all along.

This year is shaping up to be quite a successful coup for Rihanna, and we’re looking forward to seeing her on the small screen. Besides Bates Motel, she’s also set to appear on Luc Besson’s Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets next year.
