If you’ve only just started tuning in to the Olympics, the Ronnie Fieg x Diadora Intrepid “From Seoul to Rio” might be of interest to you too.
Diadora’s lesser-known Intrepid model gets a massive revamp thanks to Kith’s head honcho Ronnie Fieg.
The uppers reference world-class track clubs back in the 80s and come in a well-balanced mix of teal, light orange, washed navy, pale pink, and soft grey.
Pebbled nubuck is complemented by pigskin suede for this sneaker, and exclusive pull tabs, not found on other Intrepid releases, are made apparent on the tongue and heel.
Insoles come complete with “From Seoul to Rio” branding, with the outsole color-blocked in four different hues. Buyers who unbox the custom packaging included with this sneaker will find two sets of multi-colored woven laces accompanying this made-in-Italy masterpiece.
Limited to a production run of 500 pieces, the Ronnie Fieg x Diadora Intrepid “From Seoul to Rio” launches on August 20th at KithNYC, retailing at US$180.
