Step Up to Singapore’s First 24-Hour Team Treadmill Challenge – 21 June 2014

This Saturday, 10 teams battle it out in Singapore’s first 24-hour team treadmill challenge. The prize? Some personal glory, and helping needy elderly cataract patients restore their eyesight! Find out how you can get involved.

For 24 hours non-stop starting from 2pm this Saturday, June 21st, 80 running enthusiasts from 10 teams will come together and compete in a unique treadmill challenge, the first-of-its-kind in Singapore.

The prize? Some personal glory, but a whole lotta good for the community. For every 30km clocked in the race, Mount Elizabeth Hospital will sponsor one cataract surgery for a needy elderly person shortlisted by Lions Befrienders.

Not on any of the 10 cycling teams? Not to worry, the event is open to all and you’re invited to step up to the treadmills on event day to help clock additional mileage for the cause anytime throughout the 24-hour duration of the race.
