First images of the collab were seen during Men’s Paris Fashion Week back in June, coming in two colorways. Undercover did away with a classic runway show for this season’s fashion week, instead opting for a lookbook release instead. This was supported by a showroom presentation of the new pieces, and where we see the new sneakers.
The sneaker maintains its classic silhouette with a few additions from Undercover designer Jun Takahashi. The heel dons a massive clip with speckled accents, giving the sneaker this retro-futuristic vibe. Co-branding can be seen on the midsole as well as on the leather heel tab, where the Undercover logo has been placed.
There might be six colorways of the sneaker coming out, as we have seen two from the June show and four from this showcase. Coming in a royal blue, yellow, black, turquoise, navy and red colorways, it is not confirmed as to which are the official colorways.
There are no details on a release date or retail price for the Undercover x Nike Waffle Runners yet. Stay tuned to our page for updates.
