After posting a sneaky bathroom Instagram photo showing off some unreleased Adidas sneakers, style guru Jonah Hill confirmed that he was indeed working with the three stripes. However, ever since that ‘gram went up, we have been left in the dark over what the silhouette actually is or when it will be released. Luckily for us, Adidas has finally unveiled the sneaker, the Adidas LXCON, and it is dropping very soon.
Feeding off the chunky shoe trend, the Adidas LXCON will feature a high profile Adiprene midsole with a knit upper. The sneaker will be coming in a white and blue colorway with black accents. The signature three stripes branding on the sides of the sneaker is held down by contrasting black stitching. The only other Adidas branding can be found on the tongue.
The Adidas LXCON Singapore will be dropping on January 26 on the Adidas website. They will retail for S$190 so make sure you keep an eye out for them. If style maestro Jonah Hill endorses the sneaker, it’s sure to be a good one.
