Above The Clouds x Asics Gel-1090
April 16
In celebration of their 10th anniversary, Above The Clouds has partnered with Asics to release a special pair of Asics Gel-1090. The sneakers come with a prototype, high fashion aesthetic. It has a neutral birch base with transparent logos on the sides of the sneaker and suede heel cap. Sketch-like overlays adorn the heel cap and toe box, with ball-pen blue stitching and prints. The sneaker draws inspiration from their Latin ethos ‘Amina Sana in Copore Sano’, which translates to ‘Sound Mind, Sound Body’ in English. A clear reference to the quote is seen on the tongue, with “Mind” and “Body” written on each side.
