Wanna have an iPhone with Android features? You could, with ESTI’s Eye iPhone case.
The case is essentially a second 5-inch HD screen that you attach to the back of your iPhone. It includes 256 GB of storage, two SIM slots, and its own headphone jack. It even charges wirelessly. Other features also include native call recording, file transfers between your computer and phone, and access to Android-only apps.
Sounds too good to be true? The case is up for pre-orders on Kickstarter for US$95 (approx. S$134), which is practically a steal considering it will eventually retail for double the price. Production should be underway soon since the project has already reached its funding goal of US$95, 000.
There are several varieties available, including sizes for the iPhone 6/6s/7 and the Plus series, as well as a case that comes with 4G connectivity. Backers may also opt to wait and purchase a model of the case that will fit the next iPhone.
The first batch of Eye cases are slated to ship out August 2017, which is a month before the launch of iPhone 8, so make a smart decision.
