The history books have chronicled the downfall of infamous Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar, but seeing it unfold on TV, complete with gun battles and explosions, is another thing altogether.

Season 2 jumps right into the action, as various law enforcement agencies and a vigilante group figure out a way to stay clear of each other’s crosshairs and go up against Escobar’s forces.

Wagner Moura reprises his role as the antagonist, and boy does he shine as the ruthless cartel kingpin.
