Playboy Music App Brings Sexy to Music Streaming

Watch Playboy models move and groove to a selection of music in the new Playboy Music app.

Playboy makes its foray into the world of music streaming with the Playboy Music app.

Following an overhaul of its magazine, Playboy turns its attention to the growing music streaming market, creating its own app with a curated selection of music.

For US$0.99 per month, users can enjoy an assortment of music videos on their tablets and phones, with Playboy models posing and lounging to music from artists such as Monsieur Periné, Blackbird Blackbird and The Flashbulb.

Playboy’s 2016 Playmate of the Year, Eugena Washington, will headline this app with her own exclusive video and picture gallery. Joining her are fellow models Lauren Young, Miki Hamano, Skylar Mimuro and more.

BAMM.tv, the music distribution company which curates the artist line-up for the app, decided to give users a more intimate experience on the app by featuring live music recordings instead of just pre-taped music.

“Playboy Music celebrates the diversity of female sexiness with a curated playlist of songs framed within beautifully crafted videos,” said Jeff LaPenna, Creative Director of the Playboy Music app at BAMM.tv. “But the models are more than just sexy — they are the focal point of a narrative that connects beauty with music in a way that men will enjoy and women will find empowering.”

The Playboy Music app is now available on Android and iOS.
