This isn’t the first time a Stussy x Nike SB collaboration sneaker has seen the light of the day. Stussy, a veteran brand in the world of streetwear has had a hand in collabs with Nike since the early 2000s. The rumored 2018 collaboration will utilize both brands’ favored canvas, the Nike SB Blazer Mid.
The leaked images were taken from Tremaine Emory‘s Instagram story showcasing bits of details on the entire sneaker. It comes in a full yellow suede upper and what looks like leopard-like spots all around. Further details include Stussy branding on the tongueand heel, finished off with black Swooshes and laces.
Tremaine also mentioned in the story that the shoe pictured is a special edition pair hand-painted by the legendary skateboarder and artist, Lance Mountain and that only 50 pairs were made. It’s unclear if the eventual retail version will look exactly like this.
In any case, the Stussy x Nike SB sneaker will be highly sought-after when it drops. Stay tuned for more updates about the sneaker’s release details.
