Shared by Instagram users @s.sam.group and @LN5factory, the photos appear to be samples of the upcoming Yeezy Boost 650 silhouette.
Unlike the images that were leaked in May 2017, these images show the Yeezy 650 in a new “triple black” colorway.
Featuring a similar construction as the Yeezy Boost 350 V2, the 650 actually sports a higher collar around the ankle. Equipped with an all-black Primeknit upper, it sits on top of a semi-transparent black ribbed Boost midsole.
Other similarities also include its lacing system and rubber outsole. Last but not least, it also sports a back heel tab for easy removal. However, unlike its predecessor, the 650 does not come with “SPLY-350” branding on the side.
For those interested in copping a pair of Yeezys, several silhouettes will be dropping in the coming months. They include the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Semi Frozen Yellow on November 18, and the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Zebra and Beluga colorways in December.
The Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Semi Frozen Yellow has been coined as the “most limited V2” released by Yeezy Mafia, while both the Zebra and Beluga are highly sought after by many sneakerheads.
A quick check on StockX revealed that the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Zebra and Beluga colorways are going for US$755 (approx. S$1,026) and US$1,525 (approx. S$2,073) respectively.
Besides these aforementioned sneakers, the Adidas Yeezy Desert Rat 500 was also recently spotted. These clunky runners have been given a Spring 2018 drop date.
Stay tuned to Straatosphere for future Yeezy updates.
