Update: January 3, 3.40pm (Singapore Time)

Mark your calendars, the Cav Empt x Nike Air Max 95 will be releasing on Nike.com (SG) on January 10.

The collaborations with Cav Empt is just one of the many that Nike has lined up for 2019.

From the Off-White “The Ten” collaboration to SBs (need a quick SB 101? Read this) making a huge comeback, it’s evident that Nike had a strong 2018. The brand has its collaborations lined up for 2019 and Cav Empt looks to be the first to drop next year.

The Cav Empt x Nike Air Max 95 will stay true to the Japanese label’s theme of London-flavoured streetwear with oddball, retro-futurist graphics. A mix-mash of pixels and digi camo cover the upper of the sneaker, giving cyberpunk vibes to the silhouette. Other details include a special oval logo on the tongue of the sneaker. C.E, Cav Empt’s acronym, makes its way onto the logo together with a classic Nike Swoosh. There will be two colorways, a classic white and black and a Blackened Blue and Desert Ore iteration.

The Cav Empt x Nike Air Max 95 will be part of a bigger capsule collection between the two brands, similar to the AMBUSH x Nike collab that dropped this month.

The Cav Empt x Nike Air Max 95 is slated to drop on January 5, 2019. The sneakers will be available on Cav Empt’s website as well as their Tokyo store, while a much larger release will be available on January 1o through Nike and other retailers. These will supposedly cost about US$190 (approx. S$260).
