JD Sports Singapore VivoCity Store opens October 30: Everything you can expect

JD Sports Singapore arrives at VivoCity this month, finding a new home by the busy HarbourFront mall.

Following on from a successful store opening at NEX last month, JD Sports Singapore will be adding VivoCity to its roster. Doors open in a brand-new store at one of the biggest, most bustling malls in Singapore next week (30 October), so streetwear fans can head down to Vivo to check out the space and take advantage of the opening weekend exclusives.

We’ve got the inside track on what’s in the store for the opening, from exclusive gifts to brand activations.

What’s In Store

To celebrate the grand opening, JD Sports is offering visitors the chance to get their hands on exclusive gifts when they shop. Between October 30 to November 10, score a branded JD Sports tumbler that’s been created in partnership with local artist Jeremy The Snork available when you purchase over $180. The tumbler will feature Jeremy The Snork’s signature playful sketch style.

JD Sports x Nike

A JD Sports link-up with Nike provides another VivoCity exclusive for fans to keep on their radar. From November 4 to 10, customers who spend $180 on Nike and Jordan Brand products can get their hands on a limited-edition tote bag and button badge created in collaboration with Gabriel of Ryot and Konstrukt Labs. The pieces are customizable, for that extra-special personal touch.

We’re excited to see some new names joining the JD roster for the launch. With gorpcore street style still going strong, fans of utilitarian sneakers can head to JD Sports to check out some of the biggest names function-meets-fashion – Salomon, Asics and Keen.

These brands join the biggest names in sneakers like Nike, Jordan, adidas, New Balance and Puma, solidifying JD Sports as our go-to spot for new kicks.

There’s also apparel to keep an eye out for, with the likes of Hoodrich, Supply & Demand, Pink Soda and many more amongst its rails.

The King of Trainers

This is the latest new spot for JD Sports, having opened another new store in NEX mall in September alongside its existing outlets in Bugis+, ION Orchard, Funan and the original location at Jurong Point. The ‘King of Trainers’ looks set to continue making its mark on Singapore.

The JD Sports Singapore VivoCity store opens on October 30, making the ever-busy HarbourFront our new favorite spot for fresh kicks.
