The Eminem x Carhartt x Air Jordan 4 is incredibly rare and currently resells for around US$23,000 a pair. The Eminem x Carhartt x Air Jordan 4 was made and given exclusively to family and friends of the Detroit rapper. A select set of ten pairs were auctioned for more than US$20,000 (approx. S$28,000) on EBay. Today, they resell for much more on the secondary market.

In August, Nike will drop the AJ4 Canvas Black which resembles closely the Eminem x Carhartt x AJ4 shoe — for a fraction of the price. Like the Eminem x Carhartt x AJ4, the Canvas Black comes in a full black canvas upper, grey hits on the outsole, white and black midsole, and contrasting lace tabs. From a distance, it’s difficult to tell them apart.

But like any Nike take-down sneaker, there are some differences. The plastic eyelets come in grey rather than a shimmery silver, while the heel tab on the Black Canvas pair comes with the Jumpman logo instead of the backward “E” and Jason Voorhees mask.
