2019 marks the 30th anniversary of the highly popular Air Jordan 4. And if last year’s Air Jordan 3 anniversary celebrations are any indication, we can likely expect special renditions and collaborations of Jordan Brand’s historic fourth silhouette coming our way. Following the recent release of the highly sought-after Air Jordan 4 Bred is the Air Jordan 4 Flyknit Hyper Royal – a reinvention of the silhouette that gets the Flyknit treatment reminiscent of the Air Jordan 1 and 3s.
The Air Jordan 4 Flyknit Hyper Royal will kickstart the debut of a four-colorway collection constructed out of Nike’s lightweight Flyknit upper. Coming in a full tonal Hyper Royal colorway, this lightweight rendition provides added breathability through the knit material. The different knit textures on the sneaker also ensure that the original detailing remains on the upper. Additionally, you can find the usual plastic wings, forefoot lace overlays, heel tab, and a new plastic tongue branding – all of which are familiar details of the Air Jordan 4. The midsole and outsole continue the blue color scheme with a contrasting black Jumpman logo on the outsole.
Cop the Air Jordan 4 Flyknit Hyper Royal when it is launched this Friday, June 14. Check back with us again for more local release details soon.
