Update: May 15, 12.30pm (GMT+8)
The Nike Air Max Plus in ‘Metallic Gold’ is already available online on END, retailing at S$169. It’s also a good time to get your sneaker haul in over at END as the online retailer is offering free delivery for orders above S$110 for a limited time only (down from the usual S$360).

Go for gold: here’s a look at the gilded sneaker pack.
The Air Max Metallic Gold pack includes a re-release of two of the sneakers, the Air Max 97 and Air Max Plus. The third sneaker in the pack, the Air Vapormax 97, will be the first time the hybrid sneaker gets draped in gold. All three Air Max iterations will likely drop this Thursday, May 17.
The sneaker pack will feature Metallic Gold mesh materials with the classic University Red and Black detailing.
The retro-inspired offering will surely be a hit judging by last year’s similar release. Besides, Air Max silhouettes arguably sparked the golden generation of sneakers and it certainly doesn’t look bad in the color either. Bar the highly-coveted OG ‘Silver Bullet’ colorway, these come to a close second place.
