Bape and Adidas have decided to partner up for the Japanese brand’s 30th anniversary and 20th anniversary of their “Super Ape Star” collaboration from 2003. BAPE x Adidas will be releasing their reworked version of the Adidas Campus 80s “Collegiate Navy” on April 1.
Early images of the revised Campus 80’ reveal the shoe will come in Collegiate Navy suede from heel to toe. The classic sneaker has Bape’s iconic shooting star motif sails across the mid panels in creamy white leather and Adidas’ 3-stripes branding on the alternate side of the shoe. In celebration of BAPE’s 30th Anniversary, you will spot a stamped “30” logo on the tongue of the shoe, along with a gold lace dubrae attached at the forefoot laces. To make things much more special, each pair of the Campus 80s will be packed in a custom-printed box.
The Adidas Campus 80s is known for its minimalist design and quality construction. It’s a versatile sneaker that can be worn with a variety of outfits, from casual to dressier looks. The shoe has a comfortable fit and is durable enough – making this a collab sneaker you can easily rock daily.
