Extension of “the worm”: Australian streetwear brand and curator, Culture Kings have partnered up with NBA icon Dennis Rodman to revive his unforgettable, eclectic style from the ‘90s.

The collection captures Rodman at his peak, both in terms of graphics and the fashion trends of the time. Retro-inspired graphics encapsulate his unconventional hairstyles and tattoos, each one applied to dark-washed hoodies and tees that replicate the apparel produced in the ’90s. Even the graphics have stylized cracked prints and era-inspired neon accents to home in on the neo-vintage theme.

Pushing the needle off and on the court: Rodman is part of the legendary ‘90s Chicago Bulls basketball dynasty – alongside Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen. He is regarded as one of the best and most aggressive rebounders of all time and was known to challenge the norms of men’s fashion off court.

Part of the process: Rodman not only lent his likeness to Culture Kings but also joins the product shoot. The shots show “the worm” rock the ‘Garage Premium’ tee, ‘Pinhead Vintage’ tee, and the ‘Rodman Tattoo’ long sleeve, each one paired with oversized sunglasses, straight cut pants and wrists full of accessories.
