Bless up! DJ Khaled is selling the clothes off his back for a good cause cause.
Proceeds from the sale of Khaled’s clothing will go to his “Win More Music” campaign with Get Schooled, a non-profit organization that encourages and motivates students to graduate high school.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the musician posted 28 pieces online on July 11.
The pieces on sale include that iconic Yamaha life vest from Khaled’s infamous Snapchat jetski saga. The Yamaha life vest is priced at US$5,000 (approx. S$6899).
Other notable pieces include matching pale blue sateen suits sported by both the musician and his son, Asahd, for the cover of his latest album, Grateful.
DJ Khaled’s suit is advertised for US$2,250 (approx. S$3107) while Asahd’s infant sized luxury piece is on sale for US$1,350 (approx. S$1864). The adult sized suit is currently reserved.
Despite having a penchant for luxury clothing, the musician also advertised a number of pieces from streetwear brands at affordable prices. These include a Champion red nylon jacket advertised for US$50 (approx. S$69), a black Adidas tracksuit at US$35 (approx. S$48), and a t-shirt from Diamond Supply Co priced at US$24 (approx. S$33). As you can imagine, these have all been snapped up.
