Chunky dad shoes have been making their rounds in recent years but Hoka has something better to offer. Since launching in 2009, Hoka has supplied a stream of functional and stylish all-terrain, all-weather footwear. Now, Hoka has reworked the previous Tor Ultra to bring us rejuvenated versions with new aesthetics and upgrades.
The Hoka Tor Ultra comes in two colorways and in a low or high top option. The all-beige or all-black silhouettes have most of the same features as their 2018 predecessors but with some notable changes. In place of its OG event lining, it now features a Gore-Tex lining as an added layer for weather protection. Vibram Megagrip lines the outsoles with strength comparable to steel, offering traction and a durable grip.
Regardless of the weather, these babies will keep your feet dry and keep you looking fresh. The Hoka Tor Ultra are stocked at Limited Edt Chamber and Dover Street Market in Singapore but limited pairs are available. Each pair goes for US$220 (approx. SS$315).
