This week’s May sneaker releases could well be the hottest lineup we’ll see this month.

With a list that includes the Nike x Fear of God and the Nike x Sacai collaboration sneakers, it’ll be hard not to partake in any attempt to cop.

A massive trio of Nike collaborations featuring Sacai, Fear of God and Cactus Plant Flea Market will drop this week in what could be the best – and most stressful – week for sneakerheads. The Nike x Sacai LDWaffle is a drop we’ve all been waiting for. The sheer uniqueness of the design truly places it on a different playing field. While the sneaker is a hybrid construction of Nike’s two heritage silhouettes, it’s not the only thing that’s doubled up. The highlights of this sneaker definitely comes from the exaggerated details, such as the overlapping Swooshes and tongue, along with the elongated sole. Nike x Cactus Plant Flea Market

The Nike x Cactus Plant Flea Market Air Vapormax 2 is featured here yet again due to its delayed release date. The unique and playful nature of this rendition coupled with the bold colors make it all the more desirable. If you miss the Thursday, May 16 release, you’ll get another chance to cop when Nike.com releases these pairs on May 24 for S$349.

Air Jordan 1 Crimson Tint

The colorway returns yet again, for a European release this time. Modeled after the revered “Bred” colorway, the Air Jordan 1 Crimson Tint features a light pink Swoosh, heel, ankle collar, toe box, and outsole while the rest of the uppers come in black premium tumbled leather. Nike x Fear of God
May 17

We saw the debut of two new silhouettes last month, but Jerry Lorenzo’s collaboration sneaker lineup with Nike just keeps expanding. The Nike Air Fear of God Raid (S$239) will drop in a predominantly black colorway and Sail-colored midsole, while the Mocassins (S$229) will come in black and Particle Beige.

Golf Le Fleur x Converse

Tyler, The Creator churns out his wildest set of sneakers yet, featuring two Converse One Stars and one Chuck Taylor Hi 70s. Coming to you this weekend is the talented rapper’s brand new rendition dressed in a velvet suede material and bold tonal colorways – purple, brown, and red. Air Jordan 11 Low Snakeskin “Light Bone”

Minimal meets exotic in this stunning rendition of the Air Jordan 11 Low. The earthy colorway definitely balances out the luxurious feel of the snakeskin wrap. We’ve only recently seen Jordan brand release the “Navy Snakeskin” and now we have this tonal version in the mix too. For the conservative sneakerhead, this is one drop to look out for.
