New Balance Grey Day 2023 Sneaker Drop

New Balance is commemorating Grey Day 2023 on May 12, a celebration of the brand’s loyalty to the monotonous hue. There will be a grey Day collection that includes a reiteration of the 550, 580 and 9060 under the “Moon Daze” collection and a “Made in USA” capsule that includes iconic 99x models.

Originally created in the late 1970s as a durable solution for urban runners, grey has become a mainstay colorway for the brand thanks to its versatility and functionality. Till today, every sneaker in New Balance’s lineup will arrive in at least one full grey colorway.

To pay homage to Grey Day, New Balance will be releasing a pack of sneakers called “Moon Daze”, featuring brand new renditions of three popular shoe models – the 550, 580 and 9060. Each version will arrive in a mix of smooth grey leather and mesh uppers with pre-aged detailing across the upper and midsole. Random scuffs can be seen all across the uppers and midsole adding to the vintage aesthetic.

In addition to the new shoe drops, there will also be a “Made in USA” premium collection capsule that delivers the 990v4, 990v6, 996 and 998 all in different shades of grey. The “Made in USA” lineup for Grey Day will be released on May 12.

Beginning on May 12, the New Balance Grey Day 2023 collection will be available for purchase on NewBalance.com. The inline footwear collection will range in price from S$179 to S$239, while the Made in USA collection will range from S$379 to S$399. Customers can also find Grey Day styles at New Balance 1906 stores, Limited Edt, Foot Locker, and JD Sports online.
