As part of Noise Singapore’s latest initiative, local street artists and music makers will be converging at the Rail Corridor Art Space to showcase Singapore’s vibrant arts scene.
Curated by the good people behind Tact Space and Good Times, artists Efoe, Aeropalmics, Kristal Melson and Sha Rul will be working their magic on large panels of OBEY’s wheat pastings, using paints and other mediums.
At the same time, artist Giada Tagliamonte will be conducting an open community workshop to create up-cycled works of art with wooden crates, spurring greater interaction between the artist’s work and the public.
When night falls, look to the walls for live art by video projection artists Empyreal and Race Krehel, and keep your ears tuned to the bass and beats from a bumper list of nine DJs, including Funk Bast*rd (Darker Than Wax), Kiat (Syndicate) and Fzpz (Phyla Digital).
Bring cash along if you’re hungry; Coq & Balls will be serving up hotdogs, beef stew on mash and nacho chips.
