To mark the recent opening of the first-ever Salomon brand store in Singapore, the utilitarian French sportswear brand is set to release their latest collaborative shoe, the Salomon X-ALP Gr10k. 

Features of the X-ALP Gr10k
The X-ALP Gr10k offers a fresh perspective on the intersection of function and technology by blending ultra-resistant firemen’s uniform fabrics with Salomon’s footwear achieve to deliver a karting and motorsports-inspired shoe. It features Salomon’s patented 3D Edging Chassis with lateral stability, perfect for rugged motorsport, and flexibility when it comes to pedaling. The collapsible tongue offers wearers style adaptability, mirroring the versatility of protective fire-retardant garments in racing.

What is Gr10k?
It’s parent company, Grassi Alfredo SPA, is a factory that has specialized in the manufacturing of uniforms for labor-intensive industries and military sectors. Hence, Gr10k’s collection features styles from the factory’s archives that are reworked in resilient and repurposed fabrics. Its aesthetic is raw and utilitarian, exploring the world of technical fabrics with a modern twist and breaking the mold with an anti-identitarian collaborative spirit.

How to buy the X-ALP Gr10k?
From January 26 to February 1, 10 pm SGT, create a S/PLUS member account or log into your member account on Register your interest in the form provided and successful registrants will be informed on February 2 for the in-store raffle. Each successful entry can only purchase one pair of X-ALP Gr10k shoes.
