What’s the deal?
With virtual reality (VR) set to play a key role in the future of gaming, Zero Latency, a global leader in VR entertainment, will unveil their first free-roaming multi-player VR gaming arena in Southeast Asia. While Singapore gets the first taste of the experience, Zero Latency has plans for rapid expansion in the region, citing Bangkok as one upcoming destination.
What to expect?
Expect a fun-filled environment in this latest entertainment offering which accommodates eight players at a time. The arena will feature state-of-the-art equipment including a supercharged Alienware PC fitted in a backpack that powers the incredibly immersive VR experience.
What games are on offer?
There are three gaming worlds currently available:
1) Engineerium
Designed for beginners to ease into the world of VR gaming, this 15-minute puzzle game is set in a world filled with twisty pathways. Walk your way around to progress through this game!
2) Zombie Survival
A step up into the realm of VR gaming, this game will give you the chance to shoot down waves of zombies; up close and personal. Keep yourself alive and work together with your team for the entire 15-minute game until rescue arrives.
3) Singularity
Combine Engineerium and Zombie Survival and you will get the truly immersive 30-minute gaming experience of Singularity. Survive with your team, up against robots and drones, while navigating through a military space station.
The selection of games doesn’t stop there. Zero Latency develops games in-house and more will be made available soon.
How much does it cost to play?
Round up your friends as Zero Latency Singapore will offer a promotional price of $59 (usual price $69) per person for each package ahead of their launch.
There are three different packages to choose from with all offering 30 minutes of gameplay:
1) Engineerium + Zombie Survival
2) Zombie Survival + Zombie Survival
3) Singularity
