Update: April 2, 3.10pm (GMT+8)

Sneakerheads, mark your calendars. We’ve gotten official word that the two colorways will drop on April 26 (Black/Volt) and May 15 (Cargo Khaki/Dark Stucco) on Nike.com. The first colorway’s release sold out pretty quickly, so be sure not to miss out on Acronym’s latest collaboration sneaker with Nike.

The Acronym Vapormax Flyknit Moc 2 will drop in two more colorways within the next two months.

The two colorways, Black/Volt and Cargo Khaki/Dark Stucco, will be released on April 26 and May 15, respectively. Similar to the first colorway that dropped today, the remaining sneakers will retail at S$299.

Check out Nike’s video above introducing the collaboration sneaker in a dystopian setting featuring Acronym co-founder, Errolson Hugh, and singer/songwriter John Mayer.

The Light Bone/Volt colorway (right) almost immediately sold out after the release. The Black/Volt (left) and Cargo Khaki/Dark Stucco (middle) will be released on April 26 and May 15, respectively.

With Acronym on board, the newest silhouette in the Vapormax lineup gets a special introduction. According to Nike News, Errolson Hugh has taken a different approach to the fourth collaboration between the two brands.

While the techwear giants have added functional designs to past Nike collaborations, this time, it’s solely a visual project. “The physical aspect of it, once the laces are removed and with the elastic tongue…there is not really much that we felt we wanted to do functionally because it’s great,” explains the Acronym co-founder.

If you have taken the ‘L’ on the massive releases this past weekend and today’s first drop of the Acronym Vapormax Flyknit Moc 2, this should come as good news. Check back with Straatosphere for more updates when the release date draws near.
