Adidas x Gucci Sneakers: A Gazelle Forward Collection

The Adidas Originals Gazelle took centerstage at the newly unveiled Adidas x Gucci Fall/Winter 2022 collection presentation. Through this collaboration, the Gazelle got a facelift with the application of textures and patterns that the house of Gucci is known for, whilst retaining its sleek shape. What’s great about the footwear is that they honor the heritage and creative codes of both brands.

The iconic Gazelle sneaker first debuted in the late ‘60s as a running shoe. Over the years it has become a lasting fixture in the sport-meets-street-style sneaker category.

The Adidas x Gucci Gazelle sneaker is part of the “Exquisite Gucci” lineup. Various apparel, headgear, and footwear donning the iconic Gucci monogram and Three Stripes debuted on the runway in Milan last week.
