Update: April 8, 11:55 AM (Singapore time)
The Air Jordan 1 High OG “Court Purple” is set to drop on April 11 at End Launches. It will retail for S$279. You can join the End draw here.
Earlier this month, three upcoming Jordans surfaced, two of them in predominantly purple colorways. Now, two more Jordans have been unveiled in “Court Purple” as well. 2020 looks set to be a plummy year for Nike.
The first sneaker to surface is the Nike Air Jordan 1 High OG “Court Purple”, which uses the classic color blocking of the “Bred” Jordan 1. The uppers come in a mix of purple, white and black leather. The purple toe box, eyelets, and heel cap layers contrast well against the white toe box, medial and lateral sides of the upper.
The black leather Swoosh and tongue tab, which is set atop the classic white nylon tongue, make these an accurate recreation of the retro sneaker.
The Nike Air Jordan 1 High OG “Court Purple” is set to drop on April 4, for US$170 (approx S$247.09).
The next “Court Purple” sneaker scheduled for 2020 is the Air Jordan 3 Retro. The sneaker will come in mostly black leather uppers, with elephant prints at the heel and toe mudguard. These are set atop a white midsole and grey outsole. A midsole stripe above the Air unit, the eyelets and the embroidered Jumpman logo on the tongue provide hits of the sneaker’s eponymous purple.
At the moment, the Air Jordan 3 Retro “Court Purple” is rumored to be Lakers- or Sun-themed and will likely drop on November 14. It will be priced at US$190 (approx S$276.16). Stay tuned for updates.
