LEGO bricks are fun, until you step on them by accident. Now, there’s an ingenious and quirky solution to the longstanding problem.
As we all know, walking into a room with LEGO bricks strewn all over the floor is very much like entering a minefield. The excruciating pain that comes with stepping on a LEGO brick is something that’s hard to forget, even as an adult.
Thankfully, there is now a workaround to this issue. Working together with French advertising agency Brand Station, LEGO has invented anti-LEGO slippers that feature plenty of padding on the sole to protect one’s feet from harm.
Only 1,500 sets of these red-yellow rectangular slippers are available, and they’ll be randomly given to customers who fill out their Christmas wishlists on LEGO’s French website. Some recipients have already took to Twitter to show off their new “kicks”, using the hashtag #NoelLEGO2015:

It remains to be seen if LEGO will be producing more of such slippers, but keep an eye out on eBay and you might just be able to cop a pair.
