The 10-piece A.P.C. x Kid Cudi collection featuring the French ready-to-wear brand’s signature silhouettes with Kid Cudi’s personal design touches will go live globally on apc.fr. Among the pieces are a T-shirt, the Petit Standard and Petit New Standard jeans, a pair of clean white sneakers, and a red leather motorcycle jacket. According to Complex, A.P.C. founder Jean Touitou’s interest in Kid Cudi was piqued after listening to a preview of the Kids See Ghosts album in a meeting with Kanye West. Touitou found similarities between them, saying, “After I heard the record, I felt [Kid Cudi] had something extremely strong but fragile at the same time. I, myself, happen to be a fragile person”. One year on and we finally see the connection bear fruit.

The A.P.C. x Kid Cudi collection is the first in the brand’s “Interaction” series that will see A.P.C. collaborate with personalities in fashion and music, among others.

The collection drops worldwide this Thursday, February 21 on apc.fr, so expect to see the full extent of the collection in the coming days. Stay tuned for more updates.
