CASIO Singapore deploys the G-SHOCK GA-2100CM Series, a three-watch squadron of analogue-digital timepieces that treat the brand’s hallmark octagonal case like a canvas for contemporary camouflage. Built on the slim, versatile 2100 Series silhouette, the new releases layer a custom G-SHOCK camo motif in metallic print across the dial, catching light like reflections off glass and steel in the city.​

The GA-2100CM-5A arrives in a warm brown that feels grounded and earthy, like sun-baked pavements and well-worn workwear, giving the camouflage a more natural, lived-in character. The GA-2100CM-8A runs cooler, rendered in grey for a more understated read on the wrist, an everyday piece that blends in until the metallic dial hits the light.​

If you want the line at its most elevated, the GA-2100CMD-8A takes that same grey base and pushes it further with camouflage detailing that doesn’t just sit on the surface. Here, the pattern is applied via both metallic printing and a vapour deposition finish across the dial, adding depth and shimmer like a high-rise skyline in the night.

Beyond the face, the GA-2100CM Series taps into CASIO’s ongoing move towards more responsible material choices, switching the bezel and band over to bio-based resin. Sourced from plant-derived materials, the new construction helps reduce environmental impact while keeping the lightweight comfort and toughness that made the GA-2100 a go-to daily beater in the first place.​

Underneath the camo and finish treatments, it is still very much a G-SHOCK: shock-resistant, 200-metre water resistance, world time across 31 time zones and 48 cities, 1/100-second stopwatch, countdown timer, five daily alarms, hourly time signal, hand shift function and a double LED light to keep everything legible when the sun dips.

The GA-2100’s now-classic octagonal silhouette has always nodded to brutalist lines and industrial forms, and the GA-2100CM Series leans into that with its ‘urban camouflage’ concept.
