Hong Kong streetwear label CLOT may be last to the party, but it’s definitely still in time for the GEL-LYTE III’s 25th anniversary.
Ronnie Fieg’s “Homage” sneaker may have been the last of the 12 official monthly collaborations that mark the GEL-LYTE III’s 25th anniversary, but it’s Hong Kong’s CLOT that takes the distinction of being the last entity to release its iteration of the GEL-LYTE III for the year.
Arriving as a set of two pairs, the CLOT x ASICS Tiger GEL-LYTE III comes in sand and lavender colorways, with both shoes featuring suede uppers and opposing color outsoles. According to CLOT’s Creative Director Edison Chen, “The collection forms a beautiful picture of a lavender growing from the seeds in the soil, which can be presented by placing two shoes together.”
The CLOT x ASICS Tiger GEL-LYTE III “Sand & Lavender” drops at selected JUICE stores today, December 30th, with an online release on CLOT expected to happen on January 9th.
