The Dolce and Gabbana x Supreme collection will be released later this year.
This isn’t the first time Supreme has teamed up with a luxury brand. The skate brand previously collaborated with Louis Vuitton.
Rumors of the potential collaboration were first released earlier on Monday, March 21. The news was originally posted by Instagram account @supremeleaksnews (post below) before being regrammed by Stefano Gabbana, co-founder, and designer of Dolce and Gabbana.
Gabbana’s caption reads: “Rumours have been spreading of a Supreme x Dolce and Gabanna collab recently. We are unsure if it’s going to be true but what would you make of this?”.
Dolce and Gabbana x Supreme release details
Neither Dolce and Gabbana nor Supreme has released any information regarding the collaboration. However, the collection is speculated to be released as part of D&G’s 2018 Fall/Winter collection (source). Expect the range to be expensive, as items will be pegged to the Italian brand’s usual prices.
Real news or a troll attempt?
As exciting as the news it, there is little to no information on the potential collaboration. Highsnobiety attempted to reach out to Dolce and Gabbana for a comment, but claims that the brand revealed no information or comments regarding its upcoming Supreme collab. This has led the news source to believe that Stefano Gabbana may be trolling his fans.
