Painted by student Tiona Cordova, her painting of the rapper won this year’s competition in Colorado’s 3rd District. The nationwide art competition was open to all high schoolers to submit entries to their representative’s office.
All the winners will be recognised at an annual awards ceremony held in Washington, DC, and the winning entries will be on display for one year at the US Capitol.
