Muhammad Ridhwan, Singapore’s first pro boxing world champion, battles World Boxing Federation Champion Koos Sibiya in Roar of Singapore 3.
Ridhwan will be heading to the US for 26 days of intensive training to prepare for his upcoming fight. Ridhwan, who is currently the Universal Boxing Organization (UBO) World Champion, will be training under the guidance of Otis Pimpleton, a notable trainer from the Mayweather Boxing Club.
While overseas, his twice-daily training routine includes “sparring, pad work, and heavy bag endurance,” reports a press release.
As for his opponent, Sibiya is a more experienced Featherweight fighter with 20 victories and three titles under his belt.
