The new collaboration will kick off with the Nike x Off-White Zoom Terra Kiger 5 launch on June 24.

Virgil Abloh is the symbol of all things hype in recent times. It seems like anything he touches turns to gold, with scores of fans waiting to get their hands on every item. From his Off-White label to the highly sought after Nike collaboration sneakers and his Louis Vuitton creations, people just can’t get enough of the “Virgil effect”. Now moving on to a new collaboration with Nike that’s more sports than fashion, will it whip up the same frenzy? Only time will tell. Here’s a look a the Nike x Off-White Zoom Terra Kiger 5.

Breaking away from the unprecedented “The Ten” collection, Virgil takes on Nike’s long history in track and field to present a collection that’s slightly different. The Nike x Off-White Zoom Terra Kiger 5 takes the spotlight in this debut launch – a performance-driven iteration which comes with track spikes, a unique lacing system, and a Nike Zoom sole unit. The deconstructed details that featured heavily on “The Ten” are retained in this collection. These characteristic additions include the zip-tie tag and orange tab on the Swoosh.

The collaborative sneaker will be released in three colorways – white, Electric Green, and black – on June 24, retailing at S$239 each. The raffle to purchase the sneakers in-store at DSM Singapore begins Wednesday, June 19, at 5pm. You can also cop the sneakers online via Nike.com and DSMS E-Flash come drop day. The running top and tights from the collection, on the other hand, will only be available in-store with prices starting at S$149.
