The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip Thom Browne is the perfect expression of Thom Browne’s aesthetics as a smartphone.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip Thom Brown Edition draws inspiration from the designer’s 2020 collection and only 200 of them will available to purchase in Singapore.

Thom Browne, the designer label known for its precision-made grey suits, have taken their signature luxury style and applied it to Samsung’s most advanced smartphone to create the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip Thom Brown Edition.

The smartphone bears the same hardware as a regular Galaxy Z Flip. However, the glass housing has now been matted out to create a grey pebble effect. Layered atop is the designer label’s red, white, and navy selvedge stripes – a feature across many of Thom Browne’s designs.

No expense has been spared in the application of the theme across the OS as well. The wallpaper mimics the grey seen on the glass exterior and icons follow the same monochromatic theme. Even the audio has been altered to fit the mid-century vibes. As you type on the keyboard, what you’ll hear is typewriter clicks. The phone comes with monotone ringtones and animated Venetian blinds when you power the device on or off.

Housed within the elegantly designed box is a custom pair of Galaxy Bud+ and Galaxy Watch Active2. Just like the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, they also receive the same selvedge stripe on grey design.

Prices and preorders

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip Thom Browne Edition launches June 13 and will retail for S$3,388 on the Samsung Online Store. The full set includes access to the Galaxy Z Premier Service and a complimentary screen protector application service.
