Dedicated Supreme accounts covering all the latest leaks and drops such as @supreme_leaks_news and @suptalk have shared the clip that saw a Supreme reseller arrested outside the London store.
Reselling of Supreme is not a new-found practice, but the pace has certainly picked up in recent years with everyone looking to gain a slice of the pie. Besides, it’s a lucrative one where coveted and rare Supreme items can go for more than double its retail price.
Controversy in streetwear almost always sparks a massive reaction and this recent one is no different.
Take a look at some of the reactions explaining the incident below.
1) “It’s illegal to sell items on the streets”
Logical, but this isn’t the first time products have been dealt on the street at a Supreme drop, is it?
2) Perhaps it has nothing to do with reselling after all
Although we can’t possibly know if this account of the incident is true, it could well be the real reason the arrest took place.
