About the Air Jordan 1 “Royal Blue”
First released in 1985, the Air Jordan 1 “Royal Blue” is regarded as one of the most highly sought after Air Jordan sneakers. The shoes have been released several times; Jordan brand retro-ed the shoes in 1994, 2001 and 2013, making the 2017 release its fifth.

The 2017 Air Jordan 1 “Royal Blue” will come in a royal blue and black color scheme in premium leather all atop a crisp white midsole unit, much like the 1985 model. Finishing touches include the iconic, Air Jordan wings logo and Nike Air branding on the outsole and tongue.

The “Royal Blue” has been spotted on musicians such as Frank Ocean and even on Kanye West, before his beef with Nike came up. According to Footwear News, Stadium Goods is currently re-selling the sneakers at prices that go up to US$1,200 (approx. S$1675).

Best to get your hands on the 2017 pair. Stay tuned and pay attention.
