In Hiroshi Fujiwara and Virgil Abloh, we have two enormous personalities in streetwear. Get ready to cop as they join forces for a collaboration between their brands Fragment Design and Off-White. To top it off, the Fragment Design x Off-White tie-up will also see Fujiwara’s concept store, The Conveni, join the fold. First time hearing about The Conveni? Here’s what you need to know: the convenience store-style shopping destination actually sells apparel and accessories repackaged to look like your everyday food staples – cereal boxes, bottles, sealed chips bags, and canned drinks, among others.
Unsurprisingly, the Fragment Design x Off-White collaboration t-shirt, available in black or white, will come packaged in Off-White-branded orange cereal boxes. Co-branding appears in the form of circular logos on the front of the t-shirt, while the rear showcases Off-White’s signature diagonal arrow logo and a graphic print.
The Fragment Design x Off-White collaboration launches this Saturday, August 10 and will retail at a whopping ¥43,000 before tax (approx. S$557). Hit the link below for full details on how you can cop. Just a heads up: it will likely be an in-store exclusive drop in Japan. If you have friends living there, perhaps it’s time for that long-overdue catchup.
