This week, legendary New York artist Futura launched his first art exhibition in Singapore, titled Constellation.

But that won’t be all he’s debuting. The artist will also revive his apparel line, Futura Laboratories, exclusively at DSM Singapore this Sunday.

After a long hiatus, Futura’s iconic streetwear label, Futura Laboratories, will finally mark a return this year. Singapore, as it appears, will be first in line to receive the goods with an exclusive launch of the collection at DSM Singapore this Sunday, June 2. The Futura Laboratories collection will feature three lines – one main line, Dover Street Market exclusives, and collaboration pieces with A-Cold-Wall.

The main line will consist of skate decks, long-sleeved tops, and bucket hats, among others, featuring signature Futura visuals and branding. The Dover Street Market exclusives, on the other hand, will showcase special illustrations inspired by Futura’s first encounter with Singapore during his time as a navy officer across the apparel designs. As for the A-Cold-Wall collab, standout pieces include a camo boiler suit and a canvas tote bag emblazoned with the artist’s hand signature.  Check out pieces from the collection below.

Futura established Futura Laboratories in the early 2000s and forged collaborations with the likes of Supreme and Nike back in the day. By choosing Singapore to host the Futura Laboratories comeback collection, our street culture has certainly reached new heights now. The collection will drop at DSM Singapore first this Sunday, June 2, before making its way to the various DSM locations worldwide. Prices range from S$100 to S$630.
