Fans may soon be queuing up for a new range of Jordan sneakers that are soccer-inspired and designed by Neymar himself.
Jordan Brand has an undisputed history of making basketball shoes, but its latest foray into soccer-themed kicks will mark a new chapter for the signature sports label.
According to Soccer Bible, Brazilian soccer player Neymar, already riding on Nike’s strong marketing campaigns, is set to be the face of this new venture. The athlete won’t just be lending his name, as he’s set to play an integral role in the product design.
A rumored special edition of the Air Jordan 5 Low is set to roll out sometime this Fall, and though no pictures have been released so far, it’s certain that Neymar will be the proud recipient of “a signature colorway both on and off the pitch”.
Stay tuned as more news of this development unfolds.
