NTWRK takes Sneaker Con 2021 online, creating a digital space where sneakerheads all over the world can meet. The event, which takes place from June 26 to 27, will be hosted by Hasan Minhaj and Nicky Diamonds.

To work around the restrictions on in-person events, Sneaker Con is working with online shopping platform NTWRK to take the world renowned sneaker convention online. Hosted by writer, producer, and comedian Hasan Minhaj and founder of skate lifestyle brand Diamond Supply Co. Nicky Diamonds, NTWRK Sneaker Con 2021 promises a multimedia experience with built-in product drops, access to grails, special giveaways, live panel discussions and music performances.

As the host of the Netflix series Patriot Act, Minhaj was known to rock grails on the regular. Often spotted in sneakers like the Union Air Jordan 1, Sacai LDwaffle and others in that stratosphere, Minhaj flexed hard on the show.

“I remember waiting in line for the Bred 11s my freshman year of high school. A brawl broke out at Florin Mall in Sacramento. I ran. That’s why I’m thrilled to connect with other collectors and passionate fans at this virtual festival,” Minhaj said in a press release.

Minhaj’s co-host is Nicky Diamonds, founder of the iconic skateboarding store Diamond Supply. His collaboration with Nike, unofficially named the Tiffany Dunks, are some of the most coveted sneakers on the secondary market.

“I have been collecting sneakers for many years, so when Sneaker Con asked me to co-host this festival, I was excited to be a part, and to help celebrate the global passion for sneakers and everything that goes along with our culture. Sneaker Con is the industry leader in the space and I trust NTWRK as a partner,” said Diamond via a press release.
