The PUMA TRAIN #24SEVEN is PUMA’s first training program held in Singapore.

The PUMA #24Seven combines fitness and parties into one spectacular event. Read to find out more about the event and how you can snap up free tickets to attend.

Attendees will be able to try out a range of exciting workouts including High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and beer yoga conducted by PUMA’s Team Faster and Studio Guava trainers. With 23 different workouts to choose from, attendees will be spoilt for choice.

If intense workout sessions are not your thing, how about trying your hand at the KPOP Fitness Jam sesh with Mina Myoung, a popular South Korean choreographer from the famous 1Million dance studio, known for training KPOP idols from YG Entertainment. 1Million dance studio is no stranger to major events like these having conducted dance workshops at New York’s KCON (Korean Wave Convention) previously.

Additionally, attendees will also be treated to nutritious snacks by health-conscious brands such as YOLO, Cedele, Cocoloco, and WhoseJuice to fuel up throughout the day. Other activities include complimentary neon face painting, hair braiding, as well as a beauty bar by The Body Shop to freshen up after an intense workout.

If workouts are your jam, you can purchase tickets to the inaugural event at S$55 a pop! The ticket entitles you to an unlimited access to the main workout area and after party. However, do note that studio classes will cost an extra S$8, while Mina Myoung’s Kpop Fitness Jam sesh will cost an extra S$30. A small price to pay for better health and fun workouts!

In case you’re wondering, each ticket entitles you access to workout sessions at the main stage, food, and free Puma goodies worth S$60. Some items you’ll receive include PUMA vouchers and a muscle tee.
