K-pop Band BTS Reunites with PUMA for the Puma x BTS Court Star

Korean pop band BTS (Bulletproof Boy Scouts) teams up with PUMA on the PUMA x BTS Court Star.

The PUMA x BTS Court Star is the band’s second sneaker collab with the sportswear brand.

The shoes feature a simple monochromatic colorway and design, but the devils are in the detail. A closer look reveals the pop band’s debut date under the PUMA logo and a BTS designed motif of a hand holding a flower on its heels.

Sneaker sizes range from size 220 (U.K. size 3) to size 300 (U.K. size 11). Each pair is priced at KRW79,000 (approx. S$96.50) and in true K-pop merch tradition will come with the band’s photo card (image below).

Unfortunately, PUMA Korea does not ship overseas but those interested can purchase a pair from eBay or idolmerch. Idolmerch taking pre-orders at US$125.90 (approx. S$171.30) per sneaker. On eBay, the shoes are going at an affordable US$98.99 (approx. S$135) per pair.

PUMA and BTS have had a long-standing relationship. The BTS x Puma Blaze, released in February 2016, was a result of the partnership.
