Salehe Bembury Crocs Clogs Are Set For A Global Release

Salehe Bembury “opened a new mold” for his collaboration with Crocs. Looking at early images posted on his Instagram, he has completely changed the shape of the Croc clog.

This is the first of its kind for Crocs collaborations. Recent drops designed by Justin Bieber, Chinatown Market and Pleasures have been incredibly well received, but largely left the classic clog silhouette unchanged.

The Salehe Bembury x Crocs will come with a textured, wavy upper that creatively incorporates the classic cut-outs around the forefoot and heel.

Accenting the whole clog is the addition of darkened rubber that forms an outsole that stretches from the forefoot to the heel of the clog. Ideally, these panels should be constructed out of rubber that can add traction and boost durability.

Its wild, nature-inspired design sits well alongside Salehe’s recent collaboration with New Balance and Anta – all of which draw inspiration from trekking and the great outdoors.
