Get your fitness and athleisure fix at TripleFit, a new hub set up at Millenia Walk.
It offers class-based programs that include high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength and conditioning as well as yoga. Those who desire more personalized programs can opt to have personal training.
Unique to TripleFit is the incorporation of Polar fitness trackers as part of its group classes. During class, the performance of each participant is flashed on a screen, but each is identified only by number, not by name (for privacy purposes). Coaches get to study the performance of the participants and adjust the training to suit their pace or encourage them to push harder.
Anyone who hasn’t hit the gym in awhile can sign up for a trial class before committing to a membership offered in the following tiers: 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Membership fees start from S$125.
TripleFit has a dedicated retail zone where fitness enthusiasts can find activewear brands such as Under Armour (USA), as well as more specialized sportswear offerings from labels such as Newline (Denmark) and Odlo (Switzerland) for cycling; C3fit (Japan) for compression wear; On Running (Switzerland) for running; and Every Second Counts (UK) for fashionable athleisure wear.
Intimidated? Don’t be. TripleFit’s friendly store staff will help navigate you through the various technologically enhanced apparel.
Other notable offerings at TripleFit include a section to shop fitness gadgets from Polar, JBL and Fitbit, and a bar that serves up HIC cold-pressed juices, protein shakes and other healthy bites. Swing by Millenia Walk and check it out today.
TripleFit is located at Millenia Walk (9 Raffles Boulevard, #02-62, Singapore 039596). Visit its website for class schedules and operating hours.
