The new Blondey x Adidas Superstar Autre colorway will be hard to cop, with only 200 pairs available worldwide.

Take a closer look at the sneaker which will drop on Boxing Day, December 26.

Blondey McCoy is a household name in the skate scene, and since his departure from Palace Skateboards, the multi-talented individual has only gone on to solidify his name with his solo projects as a model and contemporary artist while also setting up his own brand, Thames. This year, the South London boy once again made big moves with his recent bold revamp of the Adidas Superstar. But the skater will look to close the year off with an even bigger bang, releasing a new and ultra-limited colorway for his Adidas Superstar collaboration. Check out the official images of the Blondey x Adidas Superstar Autre colorway which will drop on December 26.

Like the debut release, the Autre is also vegan and follows up on the distinctive see-through feature on the uppers. But instead of the clear panels from the inaugural white colorway, the new iteration forms a somewhat tinted translucent finish. Blondey is no stranger to being a style influence and his unique touch on the Adidas Superstar, albeit for skating, will definitely endear itself to fashion-forward individuals.

“It had to strike the right balance of both fashion and function so that it would also exist outside of the world of skateboarding. Why limit yourself to one world? The goal is of course to create your own,” explained Blondey.

Compared to the release of the sneaker’s first colorway – which saw a production run of over 10,000 pairs – the next drop won’t be as easy to cop. Only 200 pairs of the Blondey x Adidas Superstar Autre colorway will be available worldwide exclusively on the Thames website this Thursday, December 26 at 7pm (Singapore time).
